The highlands... is where everything birthed by Everfrost bonds in deep slumber. 
But that thing has nothing to do with Everfrost!
That black dragon, the one that he commands...!
I saw it fly over Charbonneau Villa last night!
Our children are there! 
We cannot sit idly by and watch someone so dangerous run amok!
