[Daily] Where's Wallio?

Objective
Bavio, the Splashing Point Chief, asked you to find his grandson Wallio the menace who has been worrying him lately. Wallio is the youngest son and is hard to distinguish by appearance alone. However, he can't lie by nature, so if you can give him proof of his mischief, his face will turn red and you can easily pick him out. Find Wallio and report to Bavio.
Give Medium HP Potion to Wallio and get his confession;
