Bring her Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon x30 to obtain one. ※ You cannot proceed with this quest while having accepted "Resplendent Armor Reform Stone." ※ You can purchase Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon from the Old Moon Shop of NPCs located in major cities. ※ The Oquilla Sky Crystal awarded by this quest is used to craft the Reform Stone V to upgrade a Resplendent main/sub-/awakening weapon to reform level V. _Hand over Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon x30 to Jetina;_ ## Summary Here, use this Oquilla Sky Crystal to craft the Resplendent Weapon Reform Stone V. This Reform Stone can draw out an extraordinary amount of power, which makes it much more valuable than all of the Oquilla Pieces of the Old Moon you've given us thus far.
