Objective
At the broken bridge near the watchtower, an adventurer is upset because a weird guy across the bridge started glaring at him. Talk to the villager across the bridge again.

And then, he started glaring at me all weird.
Like he was planning something.
So I started observing him quietly.
Go tell him!
Not to glare at people like that!
