Xaviel NPC Knowledge laments his unluckiness and talks about rebuilding the Mill. Get 2 Birch Planks and 3 Usable Scantling Knowledge Item so he can rebuild.
1. Birch Plank Knowledge Item is made by Processing (Lumbering) Birch Timber.
2 Usable Scantling can be made by Processing (Chopping) Logs.

and run it faithfully.
But the mill was ruined because of my mistake.
