Objective
A villager of Omar Lava Cave asked you to obtain intact Ferrid Tuny NPC Knowledge horns to offer as a sacrifice for the Belfry. Go to Omar Lava Cave, defeat Ferrid NPC Knowledge Tunys, get Intact Horns and give them to the villager.

We have a similar one, but it's a little different.
We use part of a living creature's body.
We can't just use anything, though. If we don't want to enrage the Bell God...

I just looked around, and it seems that
a perfectly intact Ferrid Tuny NPC Knowledge horn would be perfect.
