Objective
Chulong NPC Knowledge, the shipyard director of Nampo, says that he will tell you his story if you help the nearby workers by providing them with some "basic necessities."

※ You can obtain the Sturdy A-Frame Carrier by talking to Kwaksoo NPC Knowledge, the material vendor of Nampo.

※ You can easily find quest NPCs by utilizing the World Map.
Talk to Kwaksoo NPC Knowledge to obtain the Sturdy A-Frame Carrier, then hand it over to Chulong NPC Knowledge;
