Rubin and Ahr are siblings raised in the slums. Ahr is feeling down, watching Rubin always running around and working hard to take care of her. Ahr wants Rubin to become friends with another Shai, so she made her some special chocolate to help Rubin become more outgoing. Go give Rubin the chocolate mixed with Alchem NPC Knowledge's Alchemy.
