Cliff is a great leader and one of Domongatt's most trusted captains.
But after the Calpheon war, he had a falling out
with the newly appointed Chamberlain and that's how he ended up here.
It also turns out that the Chamberlain is Lady Jarette's fiancé.
That doesn't come to me as a surprise. After all, the Chamberlain is the future leader of Serendia.
