Illen Raige NPC Knowledge said that there's nothing better than hunting, and wants to see what precious loot you can obtain by doing it yourself. Catch a Fugitive Khalk to obtain Fugitive Khalk's Shiny Claw Knowledge Item, then return to Illen.
