A Shai from the Xian Merchant Guild wants to punish an evil debtor. Look for a guy who's running back and forth between the outskirts and west bridge.

I heard that he even lost the money he borrowed from me because of his gambling...
And he just runs away every time he sees me.

I'm waiting here because I heard he's been wandering around here,
but someone also said he's been seen around the bridge to the west.
Can you teach him a lesson for me?
