Well this....seems like it was a mistake. 

The top of the belfry is quite a bit higher than it looks from the ground.

Still...a good herald always follows up on his leads, and I need to know for myself if the rumors are true.

Can't go waggin' my tongue here and there about parliament preparin' for war and whatnot without at least checkin' first.

Can't see it, of course. Would be daft to move soldiers about through the streets en masse. Would incite a panic, it would.

But from up here, I can see the flow of the city. 
I can feel it like my own blood.
