My closest friend Ottavio once told me this:
"God must have truly been an alchemist."

Quite blasphemous words to be uttered by a priest of the Church of Elion, yet from the perspective of an alchemist, I couldn't agree more.

Alchemy was truly the greatest miracle imaginable.

Why my youngest uncle dabbled in such dangerous things and why he attempted to solve them through alchemy, and why...oh why did he leave such a heavy responsibility on my shoulders.

Starting from nothing in a simple fishing town, I gathered my own ingredients, and furthered my alchemy as I was able to find the answer to those questions.
