[Timed Quest] Rubin's Special Training II

Objective
Rubin says to become the best herald there is, you must possess exceptional agility. Heed his advice and engage in some target practice to increase your agility.
※ If you forfeit this quest, you will need to reaccept it from Rubin in Calpheon.
※ You can restart the quest from Rubin at Northern Wheat Plantation without forfeiting it.
※ This is a timed quest with goals that must be completed within the time frame.
※ The time frame includes the time it takes to speak to the NPC to finish the quest.
※ If you weren't able to finish in time, talk to the Rubin to reaccept the quest.
※ If you forfeit this quest, you will need to reaccept it from Rubin in Calpheon.

Why don't I just show you, instead of standin' here gabbin' about it.
When I was aimin' to be the greatest herald that ever was,
I'd set up some scarecrows in a vacant lot and time myself
to see how fast I could take 'em all back down again.
I reckon some agility training is in order. Head to the Northern Wheat Plantation.
I'll go on ahead and set something up for you. Don't worry, it'll be fun.
Just make sure you bring a matchlock with you when you come.
Oh...and this should go without saying, but don't aim that thing at me!
※ Talk to Rubin at the wheat plantation and press the "[Timed Quest]" prompt
to make scarecrows appear around the field. Shoot them down within the timer.
※ The scarecrows Rubin has summoned can't be taken down with regular attacks.
Use a Hunting Matchlock to easily shoot the scarecrows down.
