Objective
Abelin NPC Knowledge in Velia says there's no better way to test the performance of a fishing rod NPC Item than by comparing it to any other rod in action. Equip any fishing rod of your choice and catch 
Grunt and Herring Knowledge Item.
1. Open the bag ( key) and on the fishing rod to equip the fishing rod.
2. With the fishing rod equipped, move to the water and press the to start fishing.
※ Quest or event fishing rods such as
Lando's Fishing Rod are not acceptable.
