Objective
Crucio Domongatt NPC Knowledge, the Lord of Heidel, asked you to help them with the punitive operation for the biggest risk factor in Serendia.

I know there are problems.
I also know that it's my fault that I couldn't prevent them.
We'd like to send troops to the monastery,
but the real problem is something else;
the Orcs and Bandits in the Neutral Zone.
Especially the Orcs. They seem to be massively multiplying these days.
Xaviero Vitello NPC Knowledge, who used to work under Cliff,
is working hard, but I'm not sure how long he'll be able to hold out...
I just hope that Cliff will return soon...
