Sheriz at Bilotta Outpost is having difficulties investigating Star's End due to a shortage of hands, and asked for your help.

Bilotta is the commander here, but she is absent at the moment.
We're here to investigate Star's End,
but things haven't been looking so great.
The horrible sight we saw on our way here,
plus those monsters there...
We weren't expecting things to be so bad
so we came with only a handful of people.
Now we can't even go inside,
but then again, we can't leave empty handed.
