Hmm... If I'm right, this substance is probably a fragment from Star's End.
Word has it that they're only allowing archaeologists access to the Northwestern region of Calpheon.
I must compare the substance you brought me with those uncovered in that area.
However, due to access being prohibited for so long, it has become quite dangerous there of late.
As you can see, my hands are full both figuratively and literally with preparations for the expedition.
I shall entrust the task of moving that substance to your hands, instead.
