Objective
Olivino Grolin NPC Knowledge says you should head up to the top of Epheria Sentry Post (where the view is quite wonderful) to see if the vessel he's waiting for is approaching.

※ You can complete this quest by climbing via objects and ladders strewn about the marked location to reach the top of the post.
Look for the ship Grolin is waiting for atop Epheria Sentry Post;

Anyway. He's traveling quite the distance to get here.
And yet, it's way past the time we were promised to meet, and still, no word.
Would you be able to check and see if his ship is in the distance?
