Objective
Maudi Budar NPC Knowledge requests the asylum of Prince Bareeds III NPC Knowledge, the last of the Royal Family of Mediah, and gives the right to investigate the Mediah Ruins Excavation to Valencia.
Give Maudi Budar NPC Knowledge's Requisition Form to General Ganin Arth NPC Knowledge, who is exploring the ruins;
