Objective
Rolan, the fisher at Lake Flondor, says that you shouldn't fish for such meaningless reasons. He asks you to catch a Swiri fish, which is harder to catch than a Stumpy Bullhead Knowledge Item, and bring it to the other Otter as thanks.
