A Ganelle soldier at the Ahib Conflict Zone says that there has been a surge in marmots taking away the military supplies from the forest nearby. Defeat the marmots and come back.

and if they find something they like, they just take it.
The problem is that they're taking our military supplies
and us Ganelle do not like killing living creatures.
There's really not much that I can do...
