Objective
Black Eyeroot NPC Knowledge of Crypt of Resting Thoughts needs the Fallen God's Ring as a vessel to contain the power of a dragon.

※ Fallen God's Ring is a reward for completing the Star's End Main Questline.
※ If you've lost the Fallen God's Ring, you can reobtain it from Kalshur Dhillar NPC Knowledge, who resides in the 2nd floor of the residence near the Otters Merio and Roccio NPC Knowledge at North Kaia Pier.
※ You must have completed the Star's End Main Questline to reobtain the lost Fallen God's Ring.

Chapter 1 is Star's End's Artifact.
We need a vessel to contain the power extracted from the reverse scales.
For this vessel, we've selected the Fallen God's Ring,
the artifact of Star's End in northwestern Calpheon.
According to the information given by the Thornwood NPC Knowledge Watch,
the Fallen God's Ring found at Star's End
has some writing inscribed with Blackstar powder
which also has magic that can contain explosive power,
just like the Blackstar that contained the deceased God of Injustice.
Return to me when you find the Fallen God's Ring.
