Objective
The Azure Mantis NPC Knowledge says that in order to continue with the research, an accessory with the dexterity of the Tungrad School is required.

- Tungrad Ring

※ Bring three accessories to the Azure Mantis to complete the quest.
※ The three accessories can be identical.

The Ancient Kingdom of Orzeca... the records they found.
They tell of a group, many winters past, who sought to wield the power of darkness.
According to these records, this group was said to belong to the "Tungrad School."
Only those who succeeded in communing with the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge was permitted to enter their grounds.
There, they gathered and tested the very limits of the Black Spirit's powers,
and eventually developed the means to utilize Black Spirit's Rage as they pleased.
Which brings us to your new task: find Tungrad accessories bearing such means
and bring them back to us.
Fortunately for you, such accessories can be found in ruins all over the world.
Yes... It is now up to us to continue their legacy.
