Alustin NPC Knowledge says that the Demibeast NPC Knowledge's traditional remedy called Ouk Pill is needed in order to bring back the mysterious woman, who has an unstable soul. Let's get

Ouk Pill of Wind from Ernill NPC Knowledge the Storage Keeper of Velia, and 
Ouk Pill of Grass from Buntt the Skill Instructor of Olvia, and return to Alustin.
