Anyone who purchases a race horse emblem from him can participate in the race.
Participate in the Old Moon Grand Prix, then show Grand Prix Participant Certificate x1 to Gula.

※ You will need a Race Horse to participate in the Old Moon Grand Prix.
※ You can purchase a Race Horse Emblem from Gula for registration.
※ Purchase and register a Horse Emblem at a Stable Keeper to retrieve your Race Horse from the Grand Prix Stable Keeper.
※ To participate in the Old Moon Grand Prix, open the ESC Menu - Life - Old Moon Grand Prix,
or press the Race Info icon on the top right of your screen.
