Objective
The stingy Otter says the mouthy Papus talk all day and are hurting his ears. Go to the guided location, sock it to 10 Papus, then return to the Otter.

※ You can obtain Otter Transformation Scrolls from the Queekity Thumpity Moon Villager NPC Knowledge in Terrmian Beach and upgraded scrolls from Benns Morio NPC Knowledge of the Lamute Gang in Terrmian Beach by exchanging them for [Event] Blue Terrmian Coins.
※ The losing camp in the "Thousand Year War - Sand Castle Shore-Down" will appear at the Sand Castle Crasher.
※ This is a daily quest that resets every day at midnight during the event period.
