Objective
The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge said that you can fly a lantern NPC Item up into the sky to make a wish.
Go near the Coastal Cliff and fly a wish lantern.

※ Follow the quest navigation and use the lantern within the designated area.
※ If you lose your wish lantern, you can obtain another one by talking to the Black Spirit.
※ This quest is available only once per Family.
Open your inventory and use the [Event] Let It Fly Wish Lantern;

about how to make your wishes come true!
You've got to climb up a high hill
and look out at the magnificent view.
Then you wish upon the wish lantern NPC Item and release it into the sky!
Ta-da! Just like that,
your wish comes true hehe!
Humans are so gullible
when it comes to these types of myths... Hehe!
Okay, so go on up and make your wish for us,
before someone steals mine! Hehe.
