Objective
Land of the Morning Light
As always, it was the promise of something new that set me in motion. Word had spread that Port Ratt had reopened under a new name—Nampo.
It was a place reachable only by crossing the wide sea, yet I felt certain this was where my next adventure would begin.
The moment I arrived at the port, I was greeted by sights unlike anything I had ever known. The buildings, the clothes, the voices—all of it was different. Even the food was unfamiliar. One dish in particular, gukbap, seemed to hold a special place in the hearts of the people.
The woman who served me spoke with such excitement as she told me about the region and the story behind gukbap. Yet what truly drew me in were the countless legends woven through this land.
At first, I thought them no more than curious tales. But before long, I found myself face-to-face with living, breathing myths.
The rulers here each carried a legend of their own. Battling them was never easy, and each fight grew harder than the last.
