The Black Spirit says we should look for the well to Altinova Gateway. If we enter through the well in Calpheon's Gabino Farm, then exit through the door to Altinova Entrance from the abyss, we could get there faster.

※ Enter the abyss via the well in Gabino Farm, then use the Abyssal Veins - Mediah to fast travel to Mediah.

_Use the Gabino Farm well in Calpheon, then use "Abyssal Veins - Mediah" in the belly of the Magnus;_
