Likke Behr NPC Knowledge told you to make Supreme Soft Hide Knowledge Item using Leather Glaze Knowledge Item.

1. Get 3 Fine Soft Hide Knowledge Item.
2. Select [Shaking] from the Processing Tab.
3. Use Shaking with 3 Fine Soft Hide and 5 Leather Glaze.
4. Make Supreme Soft Hide.
