Objective
Sybiem assumes the Manshas' brutal aggressiveness is because of their hideous masks. Sybiem said if you take their masks off, they'll be less aggressive and passing adventurers will be safe, and asked you to take their masks off.

I think it makes them think they became monsters.
And I think that's the reason they get so aggressive and attack travelers.
If you take their masks off, their aggressiveness will decrease.
