Kanna says that the villagers are very sensitive about the past and want to hide it. She says that's not the answer and asked you to ask the villagers about the ruins. First, go meet with Lionel Riche NPC Knowledge.

Glish has become a lot quieter now.
But this isn't the original town of Glish.
The real Glish that we used to live in was destroyed.
There was a huge explosion and no one really knows what caused it.
Many of the current townsfolk are not from around here.
So, only a few of the locals know of Chief Donatt.
Hmm... Lionel may be your best shot.
He might pretend he doesn't know, but I think he does.
