A Peaceful Rest

Objective
The priests of Elion are hoarding the supplies provided by Norma Leight NPC Knowledge. The only thing they do is preach to the refugees. The priest mentioned that the only way to cure the sick is by making them get ample rest.

As you can see, the situation is getting worse at the refugee camp because of the plague.
All of this suffering is because of their lack of faith.
I am afraid that the famine will be as bad as the black death NPC Knowledge Item
that plagued these lands 30 years ago.
The living shall continue to live and the dead shall remain dead.
Such is the law of our good Lord Elion.
But some of the dead cannot die even if they wish to.
If you don't mind, could you help them find rest?
