[Repeat] Rhutums Clean-Up Operation

Objective
Elinke Visamin NPC Knowledge wants to end this tedious battle against the Rhutums. He asked adventurers for extensive support and decided to give Rhutum Amulets to adventurers who have filled their quota.

Collect a certain amount of these "Rhutum amulets" to exchange them for a good belt.
