When I destroyed a Witch Tower NPC Knowledge with an enemy's skeleton NPC Knowledge hanging in a dead tree, a little piece of cloth with an incantation on it fell out. Find Spells left over from Witches remaining in the area, find out what they mean, and take them to a man at Behr Inn.
