[Suggested] Complete [Naderr's Band] Black Spirit's New Powers

Objective
You can get the item Naderr's Parchment by completing the quest [Naderr's Band] Black Spirit NPC Knowledge's New Powers. Use the item then Naderr's Band will appear in your Black Spirit Enhancement menu. You can choose to save your current Enhancement Chance to the belt or bring in a previously saved Enhancement Change from the band.

You can find the questline by going to the window - Suggested tab - [Lv. 58] Naderr's Band.
Complete the [Naderr's Band] Black Spirit NPC Knowledge's New Powers quest;
