If you have any PEN (V) Tuvala gear or TET (IV) boss gear on you,
would you mind showing it to me?
We here at the Old Moon Guild just recently succeeded in crafting
Resplendent gear, which contains an enormous amount of potential. 
Such resplendent gear also requires a special type of reform stone
that will guarantee unlocking its potential hidden within,
thereby setting the stage for crafting PEN (V) Brilliant gear,
which we've also developed ourselves.
