Resplendent Armor Reform Stone V to reform Resplendent defense gear to PEN (V). Bring her 
Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon x120 to obtain one.
※ You cannot proceed with this quest while having accepted "Resplendent Weapon Reform Stone."
※ You can purchase Oquilla Piece of the Old Moon from the Old Moon Shop of <Old Moon Manager> NPCs located in major cities.
※ The Oquilla Earth Crystal awarded by this quest is used to craft the Reform Stone V to upgrade Resplendent gloves/helmet/shoes/armor to reform level V.
