Objective
Lara explains that aside from herbs, purified water Knowledge Item is needed. Buy an 
Empty Bottle from the Material Vendor Flaviano NPC Knowledge, then collect and filter the water from the Heidel river. Go back to Lara with the Purified Water.
※ You can buy Empty Bottles from the Heidel Material Vendor Flaviano.
※ Head over to the riverbank near Storage Keeper Amerigo NPC Knowledge, stand in the water, and click on the Empty Bottle in your Inventory to fill it up with water.
※ Crafting Purified Water: Select Filter from the Processing Tab (L) and Filter the
Bottle of River Water.
