but to accept defeat upon laying eyes on my work.
It's not my problem that he ran off sulking like a child, is it!?
If he channeled that energy into his work, rather than feel sorry for himself,
he probably would have made something worthwhile.

From what I remember, Barattan and Dorin were pretty close.
