Shakatu NPC Knowledge talked about Atlasia and explained that the necklace's pendant, cord, and crystal is hidden somewhere in Valencia. Head to Atlasia's Grave in Basilisk Den to find out more about the necklace's pendant.

The legend of Atlasia?
Well, I wouldn't go as far to call it as a legend.
Atlasia was an wise astrologist from Valencia.
She sealed her strength within a necklace and then turned her back on the world.
The necklace's pendant, cord, and crystal
were disassembled and then sealed separately.
And that's pretty much it, just some story for children.
At one point, I did try to look for the sealed necklace pieces.
However, I couldn't find anything.
Very well...I'll tell you everything I know.
I am sure there's no harm in telling you.
I heard that Atlasia's grave
is at Basilisk Den.
I couldn't find anything inside the den...
But perhaps you can start there.
