Having received Quturan's Right Lung, Delmira NPC Knowledge told you to obtain the Orzecan relic, the La Orzeca Armor, from O'draxxia's prophet, Burt Bedmountain NPC Knowledge.

He is a descendant of Orzeca, the ancient kingdom which wrought its own ruin.
I've sent a messenger, so that you will receive
the La Orzeca Armor from Burt Bedmountain.
Oh, and if you find any more Quturan's Right Lung,
go seek out Azure Mantis NPC Knowledge at the Crypt of Resting Thoughts.
She will give you the La Orzeca Armor, the Orzecan relic,
something we the Burning Ones have no need for.

This is an Orzecan armor made by my ancestors.
Armor to protect the wearer from the untouchable reach of Hadum.
"The incarnation of greed exists in this world.
Even Hadum is no exception before the all-consuming incarnation of greed"
So prophesied Cantarnia, the genius architect
and founder of Orzeca.
Based on that prophecy of the legendary incarnation of greed,
we've crafted the absolute gear imbued with the power of the Thornwood NPC Knowledge goddess.
Yet Orzeca wrought its own ruin before even being able to utilize that power
and graverobbers craving that power halved the lungs of Quturan,
which lay wasting away with the Thornwood goddess' power, and hid them within.
However, they've finally returned to their rightful place.
The Ahib have taken the goddess's power
and turned it into normal armor, but I hope it's still important to you...
