Stable Keeper Samier NPC Knowledge at the Delphe Outpost requests you to make 3 Elixir of Concentration Knowledge Item to stimulate morale for the soldiers battling the Khurutos.

1. Produce 3 Elixir of Concentration with Alchemy.
2. Give 3 Elixir of Concentration to Samier.

※ Elixir of Concentration ingredients: 1 Clear Liquid Reagent Knowledge Item + 3 Cloud Mushrooms + 3 Bear Blood + 2 Wild Grass
