1. Make 4 Oil of Tranquility using Alchemy and give them to Martha Kiyen
2. Give Martha Kiyen 4 Oil of Tranquility

※ Oil of Tranquility ingredients: 1 Wise Man's Blood Knowledge Item + 1 Fruit of Nature Knowledge Item + 1 Powder of Earth + 1 Bloody Tree Knot
