Kirklas NPC Knowledge explained that the Quartermaster is unable to leave the fort, and asked you to bring the medical supplies into the fort.

※ Get the medicine bag beside Kirklas and go inside the fort. Put the bag down next to Becky and talk to her to complete the quest.

The castle was once one of the two great castles of Calpheon, along with Delphe Castle.
The quartermaster should've left the fort
and delivered the medical supplies by now.
Currently, the fort is nothing but a living hell.
We don't even have time to get supplies.
They could really use those supplies by now.
Aha! Could you give us a hand?
