Povios NPC Knowledge of the Castle Ruins tells you that speed is key to the work of the Merchant Guild and also that you shouldn't expect to be able to explain your way through the roads using words. Subdue the Al Rhundi NPC Knowledge Rebels and report back to Isobelle.

People complain about our high fees, but they still place their trust in us because
we manage to get things done in the least amount of time possible.
You need to get used to
the speeds at which we operate.
I hope you didn't plan on talking to each and every one of the soldiers
at this ruined castle to get a hold of Al Rhundi NPC Knowledge.
Words fall deaf on cold steel. Fight your way through
and get this task done as quickly as you can.
