However, my life has been so rough that I sometimes feel like my heart has turned into stone and I cannot let my feelings loose.

When I feel this way, I take out these items and allow myself be overcome by my emotions.

I let myself remember my heart-breaking first love, my parents who have been through so much, my precious friend who means more to me than anything, and all the people in my life.

They are great items to take out sometimes.
