Sparrows have been raiding the rice fields, so a scarecrow NPC Item was set up to ward them off. However, it's become so worn over time that the sparrows aren't scared anymore. If this continues, they'll devour all the crops. Bring some cotton fabric Knowledge Item to mend the shabby scarecrow.
