An Adventurer who worked as a guide for the first Orc Punitive Force said that the Red Orcs are increasing in number faster than he expected.
He said if Oliviero NPC Knowledge across the bridge could join the force, the situation might get better. He asked you to bring Oliviero's favorite Orc Mushrooms to persuade him.
